1986 — The Beginning

Paul A. Nickle established the company with a commitment to quality craftsmanship and honest business practices. These founding principles continue to guide us today.

1991 — New Leadership

Steve and Debbie Dignan acquired the company, bringing expanded capabilities and a vision for regional growth that would transform the business.

2005 — First ABC Award

Our first ABC Excellence in Construction Award marked the beginning of what would become a tradition of recognized excellence, with over 50 awards earned to date.

2008 — Brand Evolution

Rebranded as Nickle Electrical Companies, we were named to the Inc. 5000 list with 136% growth — a testament to our team’s dedication and our clients’ trust.

2025 — New Ownership

Neal Donaldson and Jeromy Newton acquired Nickle Electrical, bringing fresh energy and leadership while honoring the legacy built over nearly four decades.
