As we kick off 2026, our employee-driven committee has already outlined an ambitious calendar of outreach events, team celebrations, and acts of kindness that will touch lives across Delaware.

What is the Sunshine Committee?

Founded by our employees, for our employees, the Sunshine Committee organizes events and initiatives that strengthen our team bonds and give back to the communities where we live and work. From holiday food drives to surprise birthday celebrations, this group embodies our core value of always doing what’s right.

2026 Initiatives

This year’s planned activities include:

• Quarterly Community Service Days — Partnering with local nonprofits for hands-on volunteer work
• Monthly Team Celebrations — Recognizing birthdays, work anniversaries, and personal milestones
• Annual Charity Drive — Supporting Delaware families in need during the holiday season
• Wellness Wednesdays — Promoting physical and mental health awareness across all job sites

Making a Difference

Last year, the Sunshine Committee raised over $15,000 for local charities and organized more than 20 team events. Our employees donated over 500 volunteer hours to organizations throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
