The Service Manager will oversee projects from planning through completion, ensuring customer satisfaction and high-quality results.
Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical equipment and systems in commercial, industrial, and residential settings. Work from plans, specifications, codes, and industry standards. Collaborate with the project team to ensure safety, quality, and on-time completion.
Support field operations and customers' project-specific needs while ensuring Nickle best practices are implemented. Proactively strengthen our safety culture and drive improvement across safety support services.
Prepare and coordinate full estimates on large, complex projects — delivering complete conceptual and total bid pricing.
Monitor installations and ensure work is performed to Nickle standards and project specifications. Work cooperatively with the GC and customer to manage the project, schedule, and crew — maintaining productivity, safety, quality control, labor cost, scheduling, and materials through successful project completion.
Oversee projects from planning through completion, ensuring client satisfaction by delivering unparalleled service. Provide project management support across several small-to-large projects in support of senior project management and the Director of Commercial Construction.
