MULTIPLE EMPLOYEE PORTALS
Nickle is always on the cutting edge of technology, continually providing employees with convenient and simple ways to complete job processes. Thanks to all of this new technology, there are multiple portals for employees to access. Below is a list of each portal and how to reach them.
Nickle Employee Portal
This is the portal you’re currently logged into. Here you can view news/announcements, download job forms, and sign up for events. Visit www.nickleelectrical.com and click Portal Login in the top right corner. Your username and password are the same – your first name initial capitalized, the last 4 of your social security number, then your last name initial capitalized. EHS Insight Portal
This houses all of Nickle’s safety information including training, incident reports, BOSS cards, and more. Visit www.nickle.ehsinsight.com to access this portal. Please contact Paul Woodland at pwoodland@nickle.email or 302-453-4000 if you’re having trouble logging in or have any questions.
Benefits Portal
To access all of your Nickle benefits information, visit www.nickleelectricalbenefits.com. You can review your coverage, add dependents, update your contact information, and more. Keystyles Portal
Employees will log into Keystyles by clicking here to update your contact information, update direct deposit information, use remote-entry time cards, submit electronic PTO requests, etc. During Keystyles training, you should have been provided an employee number. You will use this number to enroll (if you haven’t already) and log in with the password you set up during enrollment. Nickle Swag Portal
We have an online store for all things “Nickle Swag”! You can visit the store and choose from various apparel and accessories with the Nickle logo, including t-shirts, sweatshirts, pullovers, mugs, hats, and more at a discounted price. There are no quantity minimums or maximums, so feel free to purchase anything you’d like. The store will stay open 24/7, so you can shop any time you’re running low on Nickle swag. All items will be shipped directly to you free of charge. The online store can be found at: https://nickleelectricalstore.itemorder.com Please note that you will need your Employee Number to place an order. This is the number you use to sign in to KeyStyle, not the Employee Portal. If you’re still not sure what your number is, please reach out to Samantha Windle or Kelly Cale for that number.
EMPLOYEE CALENDAR
Located here in the Nickle Employee Portal, you may now access the Employee Calendar. All company events will be listed in the calendar – training, sponsorships, picnics, etc. From now on, employees must register/RSVP for events through the calendar instead of contacting someone in the office. There is also an option to add the event to your calendar automatically after you register.
