Service Manager

Mid-Atlantic Region Full-Time

The Service Manager will oversee projects from planning through completion, ensuring customer satisfaction and high-quality results.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Align team performance with company vision and mission
  • Serve as initial customer contact for scope assessment
  • Plan and schedule projects under Senior Service Manager direction
  • Develop goals and prioritize work completion
  • Enforce and promote workplace safety
  • Build employee relationships supporting merit shop philosophy
  • Provide performance feedback and recognition
  • Lead staff through performance management and development processes

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Delaware Journeyman License
  • 4-year Electrical Apprenticeship completion
  • 3-5 years in electrical project management
  • Experience in commercial, institutional, and industrial settings
  • Managing multiple projects up to $200,000
  • Strong NFPA code knowledge
  • OSHA 10 certification required (OSHA 30 preferred)
  • First Aid/CPR certification required
  • Daily Tri-State travel capability

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally, bending, and reaching. Work in varied weather conditions. Protective equipment required. Prolonged computer use and occasional site travel.
