Nickle Electrical Companies has been awarded a 2022 Top Workplaces honor by The News Journal. The Top Workplaces lists are based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by Energage, LLC, a research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement. This is the sixth year Nickle has been named to the list.
Some of the aspects measured were company culture, alignment, communication, work/life balance, direction, and more. The honor was announced in the August 21 edition of The News Journal.
