Located in Wilmington, DE, this building originally opened in the 1930s as a high school. The four-story remodel totaled 220,000 square feet of classrooms, cafeteria, library, lobby area, and auditorium. At the time, it was the largest and most expensive school renovation project in the state’s history. Nickle completed the work in just 14 months, averaging 25 to 27 electricians each day. We successfully updated the entire electrical system and installed new state-of-the-art technologies without disturbing the classic integrity of the building.
