This project included the four-story remodel of 225,000 square feet of office space and 32,500 square feet for a parking garage. The building was essentially gutted after sitting vacant for almost seven years and repurposed from courtrooms and holding cells to a modern office building with a new parking garage and courtyard. Nickle’s scope of work included the rewiring of the entire electrical system, installation of fire alarm, security systems, CCTV systems, energy-saving lighting controls, a 500-kilowatt generator, hundreds of recessed lights, custom fixtures, occupancy sensors, and new LED fixtures.
